We successfully delivered an elaborate NFT project for our client, Snow Leopard Society, a New York-based clothing brand. We recommended the Generative NFT route to our client as, with thousands of NFTs, they could exhibit their range of clothing lines better, not to mention the great financial prospects.
The client liked our suggestion, and we decided to generate ten thousand NFTs of the client’s brand mascot, Simba. The concept was to depict the mascot in different avatars wearing unique clothing lines. The collection was titled Meta Simba wherein the term ‘Meta’ implied Metaverse and indicated our client’s entry into the digital world of huge prospects.
We began by specifying NFT traits and building 3D models in Blender. The list of traits included eyewear, braces, lenses, headwear, jewelry, image background, skin or fur type, etc.
Our client shared some conditions in line with their business objective, and we developed a rarity table of the trait, with some traits being rarer than others.
Our Python developers created a script to map different traits in 3D models from Blender. The mapping conformed to the conditions put forward by the client and to the rarity percentage value of each trait as specified in the rarity table.
The program assembled different combinations to develop a collection of thousands of unique NFTs accordingly.
We used the render farming services of RenterStreet to generate high-quality output in PNG format. Then we developed Smart Contract on Ethereum to deploy the NFTs on the blockchain.
Here, we used the ERC-721A standard to reduce the gas fee minimum by half. The collection was airdropped in planned phases and also deployed on different NFT marketplaces for sale
We also created a marketing video for the client. This was to develop an engaging storyline and build up curiosity and hype around the NFTs. Our website development team utilized technologies like React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaSript to develop a spectacular and highly functional website.
We suggested our clients utilize the rarity factor for maximum financial gains. For this, we charted out a comprehensive rarity table development strategy with multiple variations.
It is a complex task requiring the identification of attractive traits and assigning rarity percentages as per their possible market demand. However, our team successfully planned and executed the plan resulting in a varied NFT collection.
We developed a highly detailed 3D model of Simba, right up to its hair, whiskers, and fur. It was crucial in order to develop high-quality results that impress the buyers, unlike other NFTs in the market.
We used the Hair Particle feature on Blender and developed different shape keys that adjust the fur, whiskers, and hair according to the posture and expression of the character.
Since the 3D models were highly detailed, they required a large number of resources for the rendering process. To speed up the process, we implemented render farming services from RenderStreet to achieve the desired outcome.
Even then, we rendered the NFTs in batches to reduce the burden on our service provider. Not only this, we rendered an extra 6,000 NFTs and selected 10,000 NFTs from the total of 16000+ outputs. All this to maintain the mind-blowing quality that we promised to deliver.
We developed an eye-catching collection of 10,000 NFTs that stood out from the rest in the market. It was detailed, aesthetically pleasing, and ingeniously showcased brand offerings.
